What You Will Be Doing

The crewing department includes several HR subsystems, and as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our MSS operations. You’ll drive alignment on talent attraction strategies and process along with the Crew Manager, will execute the talent attraction process, and build a sustainable pool of skilled professionals by leading our cadet programme—supporting the growth and development of new seafarers and helping them thrive in their maritime careers. Main Roles and Responsibilities

· Coordinate the offshore recruitment team, ensuring efficient processes in compliance with internal and legal requirements (MLC, NR-30, STCW, Petrobras, etc.);

· Plan and conduct recruitment processes for the following maritime positions:

- Master (Captain), Chief Officer, Deck Officer, Chief Engineer, Chief Engineer, 2nd Engineer Officer, Electrician / ETO, DP Operators, Able Seafarers and Motormen (deck and engine), Cooks and Stewards

· Develop recruitment plans to meet operational demands;

· Monitor the department’s performance indicators (KPIs), reporting results and proposing improvements;

· Ensure that candidate records, certifications, and technical documentation are updated and accurate;

· Support internal and external audits related to the recruitment process;

· Collaborate closely with Payroll, Training & Compliance, and Vessel Operations teams.

· Responsible for managing and developing the Cadet Program, ensuring proper selection, onboarding, and career follow-up of trainees;

· Coordinate onboarding and offboarding process;

· Availability to attend the Crewing Duty Phone rotation according to the department’s on-call schedule.

 

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;

· Solid experience in offshore recruitment (national and international maritime crew);

· Knowledge of applicable legal and technical requirements (MLC, STCW, NR-30, NORMAM);

· Proven experience conducting recruitment processes for maritime positions;

· Experience in use of recruitment platforms;

· Advances English (professional reading and communication);

· Advanced Excel skills and experience with performance reports and dashboards;

· Desirable experience in offshore and oil & gas companies.
