As PMO, you will play a critical role in overseeing the independency journey of Maersk Supply Service and to ensure that current services enable the company to function independently. Additionally, you will ensure that our future operating model is efficient and fit for purpose.

What will you do:

  • Understanding the Transition Service Agreement (TSA) with stakeholders and developing plans to transfer these activities.
  • Reporting progress, risks, and challenges to the leadership team.
  • Providing proactive insights and solutions to mitigate challenges during the transition.
  • Evaluating the current operating model and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supporting the business in resolving operational challenges and driving change projects when necessary.
  • Support C-Level with material preparation to board.
  • timely action in all respects and make suggestions for improvements and cost savings.
  • Follow-up on tasks and assignments given by the CEO to direct reports upon request.

To succeed in this role you need to:

  • You have a background in a similar role within an international company or as a business consultant, with 3-5 years of relevant experience. You excel in dynamic environments and enjoy leading initiatives in a rapidly changing business landscape
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Administrative or related areas.
  • You are naturally curious, proactive, and have a strong understanding of business dynamics. With a well-developed project management toolkit, you are skilled at assisting the business in finding practical solutions to challenges
  • Your outgoing personality and ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders will be critical to your success in this role.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English and Portuguese.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Good IT knowledge in particular MS Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint and specifically PowerPoint.
