Safety Technician

What You Will Be Doing
Your main responsibility will be to prepare and control IBAMA’s PCP (Pollution Control Program); monitor and give adequate response to Safety Committee Meetings and GSSTB; participate in the HSE meetings and GSSTB on board and assist vessels in all audits onboard.
Requirements
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Portuguese
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Safety Technician
- Degree in Safety Technician
- Solid knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Knowledge of local / international safety & maritime legislation
- Familiarization with the ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001/ ISO 45001, ISM Code, ISPS and DGSM regulations.
