Crew Analyst

In this role, you’ll lead the full recruitment cycle for offshore colleagues, facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires, and play a key role in supporting our cadet program. What You Will Be Doing
Your main responsibility will be to promote alignment regarding the talent attraction needs, to ensure that MSS crew activities run in full compliance and to ensure MSS have a sustainable crew pool. Run the cadet’s program, to support the new seafarer’s development
Who You Are
First and foremost, you are passionate about large scale construction projects in the maritime space, and you recognize the game-changing potential new innovations like our wind installation vessel have on driving the green energy transition. In addition, we hope you can say yes to the following:
- Participate in developing the forecast and strategy for offshore recruitment and to map out offshore recruitment needs.
- Run the full recruitment process cycle for offshore colleagues accordingly to Maersk Supply Service procedures.
- Engage with Manning and Recruitment agencies, based on MSS current and future recruitment needs, if required.
- Ensure a strategical control and overview of recruitment data, including timeline for recruitment process, number of processes conducted, etc.
- Guarantee a proper onboarding for new colleagues joining MSS.
- Ensure that cadet program within the assigned fleet and crew pool in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective fashion.
- Support the Crew Manager on attending audits and ensure findings are remedied and close out.
Requirements
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
- Relevant industry related experience, supplemented by previous experience within HR and offshore recruitment. Knowledge of STCW, MLC and international standards as relevant.
- Graduation in psychology, Administration, or related areas.
