We are currently looking for a Crew Administrator who wil provide administrative  support to our global Crew Operations department.The position is based in our Mandaluyong, Philippines office.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Crew Data Senior Specialist to support system clean-up.
  • Assist the Crew Readiness team with the ordering of PPE.
  • Implementation and control of GPDR in the crewing system (CFM).
  • Assist the Crew Data Senior Specialist with monthly reporting (once set up)
  • Maintain an overview on P&I (insurance) cases.
  • Coordination of Drug & Alcohol testing.
  • Support Crew Operators in the uploading crew documents in CFM.
  • Provide the Project department with support on specific projects (e.g., ordering of PPE uploading of crew documents, creation of crew in CFM, logistics and compliance)
  • Support Crew Operators with ad hoc tasks (e.g., tender input, compliance updates



Who we are looking for:

  • You have at least 3 years of working experience in a similar position or relevant administrative experience within crewing compliance requirements.
  • We expect that you have an eye for detail and like a good structure in your work. Also, you must be able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • You have the ability to demonstrate working to deadlines and conflicting priorities. Keeping a clear overview on executed tasks is critical for the role. It is also essential to be able to follow procedures and checklists as per requirements
  • You should have a professional mind-set and should be able to handle confidential and personal information. This is a versatile job and requires a candidate that is able to systematize daily tasks and work independently. At the same time, you must be able to embrace sudden changes and incoming tasks.
  • Experience within crewing and/or experience within HR from the maritime industry coupled with knowledge on relevant maritime legislation is a strong advantage.
  • As you will be supporting various nationalities/people, it is vital that you are culturally open-minded, a good communicator and able to establish relationships across geographical boundaries and cultures. You should be proficient in English written and verbally.
