A chance to become an important part of a market leading company joining our Technical Department - trouble shooting and supporting our vessels on electrical issues and matters. You will be given an excellent opportunity to further develop your skills through support to our global fleet of advanced ships.
In Maersk Supply Service you will be working in our Technical Department with highly skilled colleagues, providing reliable, safe and efficient marine services to the global offshore industry, using our customised vessels in a wide variety of offshore activities.
Stepping into a thoroughly international environment with a highly professional team, you will encounter the full spectrum of our organisational capabilities, from innovation and engineering to collaboration and customer focus.
Working at our headquarters in Lyngby, you will have access to a wide range of benefits such as canteen, massage and discount to retail, fitness and swimming.

We are a performance-oriented company, where we strive to always recruit the best person for the job – regardless of gender, age, nationality, sexual orientation or religious beliefs. We are proud of our diversity and see it as a genuine source of strength.
The focus in this job is to provide qualified, diligent and professional 2nd level support to the technical officers on our offshore vessels - and to execute upgrades and modifications. Our fleet is continuously being optimised, with new fuel saving initiatives, requiring more and more electrical competences.
Trouble shooting is key to success in the position as you are the specialist that we reach out to when the vessels’ own crew and the technical managers require electrical support.
You must keep yourself updated on technical matters and latest technology within your field of expertise in order to provide the best possible support to modification of our vessels and to technical development.
Who we are looking for:

You have a relevant electrical background and experience, and you might have a degree in Electrical Engineering or similar relevant education.
Expert electrical skills, preferable with a well-developed technical expertise in marine technology or with specialist knowledge and understanding of advanced marine electrical systems.
Some travel can be expected.
