Your main areas of responsibility will be:
- Owner of the Impero control framework and all relevant activities.
- Perform regular reviews of control performance, including reporting to stakeholders (internally as well as A.P. Moller-Maersk)
- Provide guidance to stakeholders, assist in improving and aligning process descriptions, controls descriptions and controls documentation.
- Balance sheet controlling across the Maersk Supply Service group.
- Assist in miscellaneous Financial controlling and analysis.
- Other ad hoc tasks
Who are we looking for:
As Compliance Controller you have relevant compliance experience from a large corporate or accounting firm. You thrive and fit into a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Others would view you as reliable and accurate. You take pride in your work, you have good attention to detail, exhibit sound judgement and you are focused on achieving the right result the first time.
You hold a degree in accounting or audit and if you have 3-5 years experience from a larger international corporate or accounting firm, it would be seen as an advantage.
Finally, as you will be supporting many nationalities/people, it is vital that you are outgoing and have excellent communication skills in English.
