You will form part of a professional, experienced and internationally diverse Finance team providing support to the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Finance.

Your main areas of responsibility will be:
- Financial management of a company established for new venture in offshore wind.
- Accounting and reporting in accordance with IFRS.
- Project accounting.
- Setting up ERP system (IFS) to reflect project/ new venture activity.
- Forecasting for new venture.
- Monthly business reviews with management for new venture.
- Governance, risk management and internal control completion.
- Statutory accounts preparation and management of external audit.
- Cash and liquidity management.
- Tax filings and compliance.
- Owner of global project accounting processes in Maersk Supply.
Who we are looking for
As Senior Accountant – New Ventures and Projects you have relevant experience from a large corporate or accounting firm. You thrive and fit into a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Others would view you as reliable and accurate. You take pride in your work, you have good attention to detail, exhibit sound judgement and you are focused on achieving the right result the first time.
You hold a degree in accounting and if you have experience from an international organisation it would be seen as an advantage.
Finally, you speak and write English fluently as our corporate language is English.
The position reports to the Finance Manager – Europe Shore Base.
