Join Maersk Supply Service on a transformation journey where your skills will play a role in solving the energy challenges of tomorrow.
“This is our vision – actively taking part in solving the energy challenges of tomorrow – and we have taken concrete steps on this journey. One example is our recently announced partnership with Vestas. We are also part of the first large scale initiative to collect floating ocean plastic debris. If you want to join this exciting journey, we are looking for someone to attract the talents that will help us see our vision through,” says Sine Juul-Olsen, Head of Global HR Business Partnering.
Maersk Supply Service has been delivering safe and efficient offshore operations for the last 50 years. However, part of our strategy has prompted us to enter into adjacent markets providing full-scope project solutions to our customers and growing and innovating beyond traditional oil and gas.
As our Talent Sourcing Partner, you will have the opportunity to make a difference for our hiring managers and become an integral part of our international HR team. You will meet HR partners and specialists who thrive in an informal environment where high professionalism, functional expertise, and close collaboration are key values. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your competencies and areas of expertise as we expand our organisational capabilities further in support of our strategy.
Based in Lyngby, your key responsibilities will be centred around talent sourcing. You will be focal point for all recruitment at Maersk Supply Service Headquarters.
In this role, you will represent Maersk Supply Service to the highest standards, and actively take part in identifying the strongest candidates for each role in close collaboration with the hiring manager.
You will have the overall responsibility of the talent sourcing process from beginning to end, including:
- Using your experience to steer the sourcing process from A to Z
- Liaising with hiring managers and acting as their professional sounding board
- Teaching interviewing techniques as well as carrying out interviews
- Writing job ads
- Screening candidates
- Debriefing on behavioral and logical tests
Who we are looking for
- You have experience carrying out the entire chain of recruitment activities including recommending terms and conditions for the final candidate
- You hold a Master’s degree in the field of strategy, management, psychology or similar
- You are a Microsoft Office superuser who can make great PowerPoint presentations
- It is an advantage if you are already certified in Predictive Index, but not a must
- You are fluent in English
The ideal candidate has a strong customer and quality mindset, understanding the managers’ needs, their urgency, as well as the candidates’ experience. Moreover, you are used to working in an international environment, networking and using LinkedIn in activating your network. Finally, you can work independently and draw on your expertise of what creates the most value for the manager, the business and the candidate – and incorporate this into the recruitment process.
We conduct interviews on an ongoing basis, so apply sooner rather than later!
